Connecticut Title & Settlement Services, LLC is a joint venture between Prudential Connecticut Real Estate and the Law Firm of Baillie Hall & Hershman, P.C. dedicated to providing high quality, efficient title and closing services.

The Law Firm of Baillie Hall & Hershman, P.C. has provided residential title and closing services to Connecticut home buyers for over 25 years. Recently, the two joined forces to form Connecticut Title & Settlement Services, LLC, in order to offer purchasers of Connecticut homes a logical and efficient, one-stop solution to the home-purchasing process.
