The law firm of Baillie Hall & Hershman, P.C. has provided residential title and closing services to Connecticut home buyers for over 25 years. Recently, the two joined forces to form Connecticut Title & Settlement Services, LLC, in order to offer purchasers of Connecticut homes a logical and efficient, one-stop solution to the home purchasing process.

How does it work?

Each home buyer/client will be assigned an experienced real estate attorney and a fully trained paralegal by the law firm of Baillie Hall & Hershman, P.C. They will have primary responsibility for the file from initiation through and beyond the closing. This responsibility will include the appropriate representation throughout the process, availability for questions and input, as well as an advocate for the client concerning all issues that arise.
